- is small family run buisnies and we offer for our guests four studios and two balcony bedrooms A and B.
- Each bedroom A and B have own part of balcony as well Studio 3 and Studio 4 , Studio 1 and Studio 2 have shared terrace.
- Flat with four studios can be rented as one big unit for big family or friend group.
- Each studio has own kitchenette, basically equipped and clean private bathroom. All studios and Bedrooms are air conditioned , equpied with SAT TV.
- Bedroom A and Bedroom B have own bathroom in the hall one meter away.
- Near the guest house we have three private parking places and a garage. To our guests we offer breakfast on their requests as well transfer from/to airport for extra charge.
- Free internet Wi-Fi connection is also available.
Where we are located in Dubrovnik
We are located at the most attractive location in Dubrovnik at Ploce area. The biggest advantage of the area is quiet place especially as the nearest road Ante Topica Mimare is actually dead end road without heavy traffic.
Old town, sea, taxi station, shops, restaurants, bakery are within walking distance through stairway Matije Gubca in just 5 to 10 minutes, depending on guests physical condition.
From Ploce gate taxi drivers provide transfer for older poeple to front of the pension for 40 -50 HR Kuna.
Also there is bus Nr.8 in Ploce area and it drives tour to the main port Gruz and back again to the Ploce. The nearest station is at Bikers cafe and from there you can walk into my accommodation without stairs.
